Scholarships

Thanks to generous community donors, Honors alumni, and faculty, we're able to award 25-30 scholarships exclusive to Honors students per semester!

Scholarships are awarded based on achievements, need, hours in Honors, and, in some cases, major. They range in monetary value and award duration based on donor specifications. 

Applications are available on the Honors Program Moodle page and all eligible Honors students are encouraged to apply!

Requirements for all scholarships

Our scholarships require students to be at least 30 credit hours into their degree and be an active member of the Honors Program.

We are extremely thankful to be able to offer the following ongoing scholarships due the generosity of our donors:

Scholarships Awarded in the Fall Semesters

Qualifications: 

  • Have 3.5 current cumulative GPA
  • Have earned 60+ credit hours
  • Is a graduate of a 69传媒 Parish High School
  • Is a participant in community service

Scholarships Awarded in the Spring Semesters

Qualifications: 

  • Must be a full-time student with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and a full-time sophomore, junior or senior
  • Must be accepted by a UL Study Abroad Course
  • Must send postcard to donor

Scholarships Awarded in the Fall and Spring Semesters

Qualifications: 

  • 3.5 current cumulative GPA
  • earned 30+ credit hours
  • majoring in Engineering or Science

Qualifications: 

  • 3.5 current cumulative GPA
  • earned 30+ credit hours

Qualifications: 

  • Active member of the Honors Program and be in the College of Liberal Arts.
  • Demonstrate a love of music by continuing studies, performance, and/or composition.

  • 3.5 current cumulative GPA,
  • earned 30+ credit hours,
  • have financial need. 

Qualifications:

  • and active in the Honors Program
